About.

Translating global AI regulatory mandates into verifiable engineering execution.

IMG_0717.jpeg

With a foundation in military operations and nearly two decades of strategic enterprise leadership, I serve as a trusted advisor guiding C-suite executives and defense programs through the complex intersection of global AI policy and technical risk.

Supported by specialized executive training from Oxford, Stanford, MIT, and Cornell, alongside ongoing doctoral research in AI Regulatory Architecture, my work pioneers applied research methodologies to translate qualitative statutory mandates into objective, cryptographically verifiable engineering controls.

By synthesizing transnational frameworks like the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 with tactical MLOps execution, I engineer the critical evidentiary architectures required to achieve continuous algorithmic safety and regulatory conformity.

Career Highlights:

  • Doctoral AI Governance Research: Pioneering applied Design Science Research (DSR) at the intersection of MLOps engineering and statutory law, which led to the architecture of the High-Risk AI Evidence Matrix and the Applied GRC Playbook.

  • Enterprise Security & Continuous ATO: Directed Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes for mission-critical defense acquisition programs, implementing thousands of NIST SP 800-53 security and privacy controls in FISMA High Environments.

  • Transnational Infrastructure Leadership: Managed complex multi-national operations, leading up to 500 cleared personnel to deploy and maintain the largest wartime C4 network in U.S. history.

  • Executive Advisory & Policy Translation: Formulated defense-grade AI policies and advised C-Suite executives and General Counsels on strategic regulatory alignment, algorithmic fairness metrics, and MLOps telemetry.
